Digital Delivery Policy

All products sold by PromptEdge are digital downloads. There is no physical shipping involved.

How it works:

• After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link.
• Your download link will also be available on the order confirmation page.
• Downloads are available immediately after payment is confirmed.
• Download links are valid for 30 days and allow up to 5 download attempts.

Delivery Issues:

If you do not receive your download link within 5 minutes of purchase, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us at liam.groden@icloud.com and we will resend your download immediately.

There are no additional fees, shipping costs, or taxes for digital products sold to US customers.
