REFUND POLICY — PromptEdge Digital Products

 

All sales of digital products from PromptEdge are final. Because our products are instantly delivered digital downloads (PDF files), we cannot offer refunds once the product has been delivered to your email.

 

WHY NO REFUNDS?

Digital products cannot be "returned" — once downloaded, you have permanent access to the content. This policy protects both our business and the integrity of our digital products.

 

EXCEPTIONS:

We want every customer to be satisfied. If you experience any of the following, please contact us within 7 days of purchase:

• You did not receive your download link after purchase
• - The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
• - You were charged multiple times for the same product

In these cases, we will either resolve the technical issue or issue a full refund at our discretion.
